WHY BUY A HOME?
Did you know that in 2019, in the USA, on average, homeowners have $225,000 in “savings/equity?” And renters have $6,100 in “savings/equity?”.
Equity can be used like a savings account. You can borrow from it and pay it back later.
This money can be used to pay for emergencies, education, vacations, new cars, etc.
